Cakes & Cupcakes

To me, cake creation is art. I have come close to tears when someone cuts into one of my creations. But I know that the ones that are eating them will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them.

My favorite thing is when someone tells me, "I just want it in these colors; do what you want." My life gets exciting then. 

I'm still learning, and certain things escape me, such as how fondant always looks so smooth when mine frequently folds. Every time I create a new cake, I learn something new, and sometimes I learn a way to do it better.

My cakes are homemade and designed by me. I strive to make the best cakes ever, to make them moist and flavorful, and to make them so awesome the person that eats them will always come back for more.
