Buttercream horse

I've always loved to draw. Unfortunately, my mom didn't pass that talent down to me. So, when one of my long time customers asked for a horse, I was worried. Lol. I was going to do it in color flow, which is really cool, but it takes 2-3 days to dry.

Then I remembered the frozen buttercream technique. Pretty simple, trace the picture you are using, throw it in the freezer, peel it from the wax paper,  and apply. The horse turned out pretty cool. :)

My favorite cakes. Baby belly

Baby belly cakes are my favorite cakes to do. I'm not a fondant fan, but I like it on the baby belly cakes. They're fast and so adorable. This one is for a baby boy. It's hunter's orange with a camo bow. :)

Going fishing

Worms and dirt and fishing cupcakes for a bank. I found the cutest gummy fishes that look like Nemo. They really made a difference. :)

French Vanilla Lavender cupcakes

A yummy French Vanilla Cupcake topped with an amazing Italian meringue lavender buttercream. It's like eating a purple cloud.

Yummy New Fall Cupcake

This is my newest cupcake flavor: Apple Dumpling. A super moist apple cupcake with chunks of apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Topped with a little bit of vanilla buttercream frosting and a luscious baked apple with a scrumptious apple cinnamon nutmeg caramel sauce.

It's time to start using this blog again. It's been awhile since I've done a thing with this site. It's going to take a few weeks to get it up to date, so be patient with me. :)
