Fire station paramedic

A friend's son was hired for a really good job and she asked me to make something special to celebrate. So, I made flame cupcakes with the paramedic logo in fondant. So cute. :)

This wedding focused on cupcakes and cake pops. The display for the cake pops is the coolest idea I've seen.

Vacation days are supposed to mean rest, relaxation, time off. But, I've been working here at the shop every day!

Good thing I enjoy it.

This week I had two weddings.  This one is covered in handmade royal icing snowflakes and it turned out absolutely gorgeous.

Reeses cheesecake

A scrumptious peanut butter cheesecake with oreo crust, reeses peanut butter cups insude, topped with chocolate ganache, peanut butter and Reeses peanut butter cup pieces. Drool worthy.

PB&J cupcakes

All new cupcake flavor! PB&J with a Halloween twist. Bloody eyeball cupcakes are strawberry with a strawberry jelly filling, topped with a rich peanut butter buttercream and strawberry blood. Chocolate eyeballs finish the cupcake with a little fun. 

Minion!

Despicable Me is one of the cutest movies there is. I haven't yet seen the second one, but with 4 little great nieces running around, I'm sure I will soon. :)

Today, I got to make little minions for cupcakes! They turned out so adorable and I had a blast! They were a lot easier than I thought they would be, so that was a surprise. But now, I want to make the purple ones. :) and I would use purple cotton candy for the hair!

Panthers

Another frozen buttercream cake. I really like this technique. Today's is the Panther's logo. Had to do a bit of repair work; the white spread a bit too much. Simple fix, though. :)
